Fly tipped rubbish, 26th February
Fly tipped bin bags, garden rubbish, children’s toys, plastic slide, various other items of rubbish.
The location is opposite the Microlight gates. I’ll be reporting this via Sefton’s website too as the Council will ignore Fix my Street notifications and insist on separate reporting possibly hoping that most people won’t bother making an extra report on their website which is awkward to navigate.

There are no central markings at all on this road making it very dangerous., 29th January
There are no central marking on this very busy section of road. Heavy vehicles have rubbed off the markings. Also there is a lot of mud in the gutters which makes motorists move more to the centre of the road. Have seen many near misses on this road.

Fly tipping, 24th January
This road is a favourite amongst fly tippers and has been reported several times already. There are some blue bags containing what looks like roofing (possibly asbestos) and plenty of other litter. Another pile of black bags appears to contain Cannabis plants and grow bags, another load of bags contains dirty diapers. Surely these things are a health hazard?

Very dangerous footpath!, 13th October
I reported this footpath several times but as of 12th October nothing has been done about it.
This footpath - Park Wall Road - starts opposite Freshfields Animal Rescue Centre. The path has not been maintained in years.
The weeds are so big that you have no choice but to walk in the road to avoid them.
You can see from the attached photos how close the cars are to the path and obviously any pedestrians using it. The side of the path nearest the wall is unusable due to the weeds and a build up of mud, leaves and acorns all of which make it very slippery and impossible to use.
Some stretches of the path are unrecognisable as such due to the grass and weeds growing on it.
Can you please address this issue before anyone gets killed.
Thank you.

Health and Safety Issue, 28th August
The footpath along Park Wall Road from Freshfield Rescue Centre to the Nursing Home is almost impassable due to the weeds and the leaves that have been allowed to build up over the years. I had to walk in the road for some stretches as it was impossible to use the footpath which proved to be very dangerous due to the traffic. I complained about this before but nothing happened.
