Illegal parking on single yellow line Saturday around midday, 29th January
This area of road has a single yellow line with parking not allowed between 09:00 and 18:00 Monday to Saturday, but this is basically being ignored. On Saturday just gone, there was a whole row of cars parked there around midday, many of them for the whole time I was there (about 30 minutes).

Pavements covered with leaves slippy three large leaks, 29th November
Leaks on either side of Deansgate Lane North towards Southport road. Large pools of water plus running water hazardous in the cold weather plus large amounts of leaves on pavement and road again hazardous. Leak’s at least two weeks old. Numerous reports to United Utilities.

Plastic barrier dumped on College Road, Formby, next to the fence near the railway line. Perhaps this could be collected with the previously reported fly tipped items along College Road (I.e. big pieces of wood and black bags filled with tiles and wood)?

Consistent blocking of the pedestrian footpath, Mon to fri while business is in operation. Despite a visit from the traffic wardens last Thurs, there are still cars parking over the double yellow lines and totally on the footpath. What 3 words location vets.behind.snack

Undergrowth blocking public footpath, 30th July
This footpath leads up to the garage and local shops and is popular with the local residents, but it is partially blocked by overgrown hedging, weeds, brambles etc and needs to be thoroughly cut back and cleared. It is difficult to walk along without stepping onto the busy Southport Road and is therefore dangerous! Highways were occasionally clearing this but a visit is well overdue. Also the workmen need to clear up all the debris. Cuttings and debris were left in the road and across the path last time the site was cleared. Can a schedule for regular tidying of this area be implemented please?

Increasing path hole, 14th June
A hole has appeared between some grids on a path outside an elderly ladies house. It looks like there is a lot of space underneath and I am very concerned for the safety of the residents. All residents have been informed of course. I belive this will get worse quickly with the soft ground.

Surface collapsing Altcar rd, 24th May
12” - 14” cracking/ sagging/ dishing of the tarmac outside numbers 77 & 79 Altcar rd L37 8DS. Similar area at the “ keep clear” entrance to neighbouring allotments, both have been steadily get deeper for 3+ months

Poor workmanship, 27th March
The recent work done on the cracked sewer pipe caused by the broken street light had been completed but the new replacement pavement is awful. The concrete in between flags is already cracking and debris over the path.
