Van constantly parked on double yellows, creating a blind spot, 23rd April
At the top of St Nicholas road when trying to emerge onto Windy Arbor road there's constantly the same vans parking on double yellows. This van blocks your left side view when emerging to turn right, so to even turn right onto Windy Arbor road, you have to edge out into the road to see past this van. This is a massive Hazard. Not only that, but other vans, that look to be at the same property, are parking on the double yellows at the top of St Nicholas road at various other times of the day. This has been the case for the past few years at least.

Parking on double lines and in the yellow box junction, 13th April
There's constant parking in the yellow box junction and at the end of Aspinall Street, although there are double yellow lines. It is getting ridiculous.
I understand people are being dropped off and picked up, which is ok as it is the city centre of Prescot, but they park their vehicles and go in town for hours. Sometimes lorries who are delivering goods daily can't enter or exit and they have to wait for the owners dozens of minutes, which is frustrating.
There is a no stopping zone Monday - Saturday 8AM - 7PM (I think) and many people park here sometimes a whole day. If they park outside those times then it's ok but in that time frame this road is busy as it is. Single yellow line, double yellow, box junction, people park as they please regardless if they're allowed or not. And some of us live on this street and we have private parking available but sometimes those parking spaces are taken as well!?!!
This has been going on for over a year and sometimes we can't get the bins out because there's vehicle parking on tge pavement.
Is there a solution?

Dangerous crossing, 9th March
A lack of traffic calming/speed camera causes excessive speed up and down the road. As a residential road but also a main carriageway it should have a speed camera to deter dangerous driving. People do excess of 40mph in both directions and it won’t be long before someone is seriously injured crossing at the park.
