Flags uneven, 10th April
The pathways on Tithebarn line are awful the flags are all crack broken and uneven this is a busy lane for children walking to school. The wall along the lane also broken in many places and the grass is constantly overgrown and looks disgraceful.

Works van parking across the pavement, 27th March
A Finer extra long wheel base parks on his drive but the van is that long itgoes over the full pavement too, the van has a tow bar on which this is over onto the road. The owner lives in a corner house, from which u cannot see any on coming vehicles pulling out of the junction, nor can u see any vehicles coming if your pulling out of the junction. When walking, u need to walk in the road to walk around the van. I have once caught my leg on the tow bar. It is a works van from which is only parked there from around 5pm till around 8am in a morning. This is seriously going to cause a serious accident

Potholes, 12th March
Pothole been here for months got patched up 2 weeks ago back to pothole already. Whitefield Drive L324SZ. From the bottom of Whitefield Drive by the Johnny Todd Pub all the way to the top of the drive . Every speed bump has potholes either side of the speed bumps.

Traffic light: call box damaged, 25th January
On Longmoor Lane [A506], Fazakerley, directly in front of the Subway and the Pharmacy, the button on the call box has been damaged and is no loner usable. Also, the call box directly opposite seems to be damaged; the main part of the button is missing with just a red piece of plastic remaining in the centre.

Deceased cat :-(, 28th December
Bank lane just as your about to turn in to melling mount L331WZ A deceased cat in the middle of a busy road. Looks like it’s been hit by a car :-( poor thing. Would it be possible to be collected as cars just driving over it and as the day has gone on it’s made more of a mess. Don’t even know if it would be able to be scanned it’s that bad. Sorry for the gory picture :-(

Metal fence has been pulled down to flytip, 27th December
Metal fence has been pulled down to flytip, the fence is now partly covering the road forcing people to drive over it when oncoming cars are coming towards them.

Large 1 foot deep pothole, 9th December
Large pothole on waddicar Lane, approx 1 foot deep filling with water when rain so can't be seem. Cant be seen during night at all. Has been reported over 3 days to sefton council.

Accident waiting to happen, 20th October
Issue, when turning on to Aintree lane from Sherwood’s lane or vice versa, residents are parking on both sides of the road making the road single traffic. The bend is a weird angle and therefore it’s difficult to see what traffic is oncoming. I have had too and I have seen a lot of cars need to stop before turning causing a danger to other road users. Easiest solution is to remove the footpath closest to the field opposite the houses to stop cars from parking there.
