Flags uneven, 10th April
The pathways on Tithebarn line are awful the flags are all crack broken and uneven this is a busy lane for children walking to school. The wall along the lane also broken in many places and the grass is constantly overgrown and looks disgraceful.

Car parked on single yellow line, 4th April
Car has been parked on the pavement/ road with a single yellow line for days it has now got a front wheel flat tyre passenger side. It has not moved for days Summerhill Drive has a single yellow line on both sides of the road. Outside number 14

Works van parking across the pavement, 27th March
A Finer extra long wheel base parks on his drive but the van is that long itgoes over the full pavement too, the van has a tow bar on which this is over onto the road. The owner lives in a corner house, from which u cannot see any on coming vehicles pulling out of the junction, nor can u see any vehicles coming if your pulling out of the junction. When walking, u need to walk in the road to walk around the van. I have once caught my leg on the tow bar. It is a works van from which is only parked there from around 5pm till around 8am in a morning. This is seriously going to cause a serious accident

Potholes, 12th March
Pothole been here for months got patched up 2 weeks ago back to pothole already. Whitefield Drive L324SZ. From the bottom of Whitefield Drive by the Johnny Todd Pub all the way to the top of the drive . Every speed bump has potholes either side of the speed bumps.

Bushes require trimming, 4th March
The bushes planted by Sefton MBC some years ago outside the Air Cadet Headquarters on Moorhey Road are now causing an issue when exiting the ATC headquarters, the bushes are growing larger each year, and now means you can not see approaching vehicles due to restricted vision. Please arrange for the bushes to be trimmed.

Constant water pooling, 24th February
Constant water pooling in road, even when it hasnt been raining, Must be coming out of adjacent derelict and dangerous building, The amount of water is causing a hazard to traffic, pedestrians and causing damage to manhole cover and grid, needs investigating and sorting asap

Broken fence now a cut through, 24th February
People are now using it as a cut through easy for bikes etc to get through Can be dangerous reversing off path because of kids or people walking their dogs to the field

Deceased cat :-(, 28th December
Bank lane just as your about to turn in to melling mount L331WZ A deceased cat in the middle of a busy road. Looks like it’s been hit by a car :-( poor thing. Would it be possible to be collected as cars just driving over it and as the day has gone on it’s made more of a mess. Don’t even know if it would be able to be scanned it’s that bad. Sorry for the gory picture :-(
