For over 6 weeks, a pallet of building bricks has been dumped outside of 20 Redwing Lane by the occupants. It is unlit and very very dangerous. Old people, prams, the in firmed and fit people are at risk. Despite observing the LCC highways inspector in the lane, every week, he/she turns a blind eye.
