Speed bump on Barlow’s lane, 16th February
The last speed bump on Barlow’s Lane before the turn into Papillon Drive needs looking into.
It has a dip in the road and almost every car that passes over even at slow speed is hitting the road surface. This is causing the road to deteriorate

Very large multiple potholes, 16th February
At the junction of Longmoor Lane and Lower Lane there are a number of large pot holes. Specifically when turning right from Longmoor Lane into Lower Lane you have to negotiate 3-4 holes across the junction. This is causing damage to vehicles

Traffic light phasing, 16th February
The phasing of the lights needs to be looked at. They often stay in red for the exit from Barlow’s Lane. It seems every couple of cycles of lights the red light remains on red for 2-3 minutes.
In addition there needs to be some common sense with the phasing of lights along Longmoor Lane from the junction with Seeds Lane and Lower Lane.
Lights are changing to red without a clear flow through creating unnecessary traffic queues adding to congestion and increased co2 pollutions. Specifically when there is no traffic from Seeds Lane Higher Lane Barlow’s Lane.
Traffic is often being stopped at 3-4 sets of lights with no other traffic around.

Traffic light: misaligned, 29th January
On Longmoor Lane directly opposite the exit on the hospital, the traffic light is misaligned; presumably as a result of the recent windy weather. As you can see from the photo, the lights are facing to the left of the traffic coming out of the hospital grounds, making it almost impossible to see the lights.

This pothole is getting bigging by the day, to be honest most of the potholes in Aintree are breaking up, and will be causing premature damage to vehicles. Has the council not got a green policy?.
