I think this was the location - there's another abandoned temporary road sign, maybe with a sandbag or two, needs taking away from the grass verge.

Road has been closed by residents living on street. No access through road. This has been an issue before when they have used their work van as a block on the road restricting access for other residents on the street. This road is often used as a diversion when issues arise on the main road.

As you are driving from Lincoln to Wragby, just before you approach the 30mph into Wragby, 7th February
As you drive from Lincoln to Wragby A158, maybe 30 seconds before you approach the 30mph zone coming into Wragby there is a big dip on the drivers side of the car, almost like a sink hole, not a pot hole. This causes off camber on drivers side of the car. After that there was a pot hole that was filled in. This is much worse as the whole of the car drops and comes back up. Only seems to be on this side of the road in the middle part of the road.

Main road to our city and it looks like a waste lorry has shed its load all over this lay-by. Disgraceful how many council employees drive this every day and haven't done anything about it.
