Pothole on road/cycleway problem, 24th April
Customer wishes to report pothole and make a claim. 'Traveling at roughly 40mph, tractor on the other side and hit the pothole and car pulled to left and I stopped with hazards on. My tire had completely blown out, had to replace with a spare wheel with luck I had one. Taken to garage as there was a new noise on the left when turning.'

Outside 15a/15b Moor Lane, 16th April
Barrier was hit by a vehicle last night (15/4/2024). Minor damage but does bend inwards towards the pavement and as the schools start back today I;m worried a child could catch themselves on it and get hurt. Might've already been reported by the police that attended the incident but reporting just in case.

Caller states tree on the land at the back of the property has fallen through there fence in the wind causing damage to fence as well are large branches in the garden. They have been advised the land is owned by LCC highways. Can this be confirmed please.

As reported by 421 Newark Road, North Hykeham, the issue with the drain covers (and tarmac around them) on Newark Road, North Hykeham (at the traffic lights for Manor Farm) are a major issue and dangerous, the drain covers could potentially collapse at any moment. This is a very very busy road, day and night with lots of heavy vehicles using this route. The noise too is absolutely horrendous and does not stop day and night, every time a vehicle drives over the drain covers, which is just about every single vehicle using the road into Lincoln, it makes a a very loud, annoying clunk sound. This has been going on for over a fortnight and has gotten worse. There are white X's on the 3 drain covers, which would make you think that this has been identified to repair, however we noticed the white X's last Friday (5th April) (as per the photos attached) but the issue has still unfortunately not been resolved. Please, please, could you address this as a priority.
