The lights are changing the red every few seconds. Normally these lights only change to red when a person presses the button for the green man but this morning they are changing on their own and every few seconds. When it rains my property gets water from road and traffic splashed up about 3 metres. Damaging the stonework. My house has been repaired to stonework at my expense. I get water coming into the property. The cottage is of local historical interest and I’d like it to be protected from this damage the road, traffic is doing to it.

On the traffic filter on the bend just after the mini roundabout on de wint avenue heading towards moorland avenue, 26th April
During recent 3-way traffic control roadworks at the roundabout the workers spray painted over the right of way and give way signs at on the traffic filter with grey paint. The roadworks have finished but the paint has not been removed and I narrowly avoided an accident this morning from someone who now thinks the filter doesn't apply because it's been painted over. Has been approx 5 days since I last saw roadworks there
