Parking restriction signs remain covered in graffiti although they were reported months again. This is affecting the ability for customers to park as drivers are parking here all day as traffic wardens are not able to enforce the signs.

31 St Andrews gardens, 4th May
The paving slabs are all broken. Loose uneven and dangerous. The mud and grass is growing underneath and pushing them up and they are cracking. It needs a different surface as paving slabs are unsuitable. I have reported this before as my 87 year old Nan who lives here has tripped and hit her face. You said it was in progress but fixed a pavement across the road. This slabbed path is between the bungalows. It needs fixing asap as it’s been like it for years. There are elderly and disabled people who live here and they are all upset that this isn’t being fixed.

5 Lamp Post Lights Not Working 3/5/2024, 3rd May
As far as the College (Monks Road) to The Arboretum (also Monks Road) a run of Lights are not working. Photo attached. There are about 5 or 6 which are not coming on at all. Please can they be investigated/repaired so they come on with the others. Thankyou

Manhole/drain cover on road/cycleway problem, 3rd May
Customer wishes to report uneven road surface and make a claim. 'I was leaving work at M&S on 39/04/24 at about 6.10 pm I waited for the green man light at the crossing and the proceed to walk more or less immediately tripping over the uneven tarmac and falling heavily down on my knees hand and thigh.'

Directly opposite driveway to 107 Longdales Road, 2nd May
2-4 gutter slabs on Northern side cycle lane have dropped creating a "pothole type risk" for cyclists! This hazard has existed for several years and wasn't fixed at the time the road was completely rebuilt! I think that was probably about 10 years ago.
