Adjacent to 2 Hales Lane, 6th April
All street lights in this area are now LED, this lamp has been out of order for months and was not changed to LED, it is causing a literal black spot at night and there are many people who park badly and with dog walkers/pedestrians etc walking the route it is dangerous.
I would assume that the light has not been changed/repaired due to the hedge at number 2 surrounding it; allowing no access to the panel.
I would ask the question's why has the resident not been told to clear the hedge which in itself is covering some of the pathway, or why LCC doesn't do the work and charge the resident, those of us in the area who are responsible should not suffer due to 1 house owner being selfish, and would reasonably expect all lighting to work.
Whilst I appreciate summer is on the way please can this be looked into seriously and work carried out.
