LN44AT, Skinners Lane form national speed limit sine just after golf club to the end., 21st March
Last year you repaired the numerous pot holes I reported but they are now all back and some worse than before. There is no drainage on this road so when it is wet the holes can not be seen adding to the danger. Vehicles are now taking to the verge to avoid them also the distance between holes is now so narrow that some cars and most HGV/Farm machinery can not avoid them. This road has a 60mph limit with no lighting, drainage, footpath and rough overgrown verge. My daughter has to use this road to access school transportation provided by Lincolnshire Council. Not only is this road once again dangerous vehicles it is a Health and Safety risk to any pedestrians. Filling mud and gravel holes with tarmac obviously is not a solution therfore please resolve with a more robust solution before somebody gets hurt or God forbid killed. As this report is a repeat of last years I suggest that you are failing in your duty of care.

Outside No11 High Street, 18th February
This corner continually gets flooded when it rains. It also covers the path so that pedestrians either have to wade through it or walk on the road around the corner. This has been reported numerous times, and although you come out to fix it, it happens the next time it rains.

Low Road, South Kyme, 9th February
Low Road, South Kyme experiences significant amounts of standing water after rainfall. This issue arose following the resurfacing of the road and is becoming increasingly worse. As can be seen from the photos, part of a public footpath is submerged. This water will remain for several days and further rain fall will only exacerbate the issue. This is just one example of 4 areas in the road that flood. I would be grateful for your advice. James Nadin. Parish Clerk

B1395 left hand side passing through village towards North Kyme, 1st January
Large deep pothole. Hit it yesterday evening at dusk so rather difficult to measure exact size. Had to call out Green Flag to change the damaged front nearside tyre. Can't Praise them enough for the quick response and efficiency. This is a major road through the village which should be in a better state of repair for all users. I'm sure residents will be able to tell you how long they have been experiencing the problem.

B1395 Bottom Bridge., 12th December
I originally reported this damaged speed restriction sign several months ago and was advised at the end of Nov 23 that the job had been completed. I am therefore very disappointed to advise that the repairs haven't been undertaken and is in the same condition as when I originally reported it. I would be grateful for an honest response and if it cannot be repaired or is too costly in the current climate then please say so but don't record it as job completed. I await your response.
