There has been water flowing out of a garden for several months, possibly due to an overflowing well within the property. The water is flowing over the adjacent pavement into the road. The pavement and road are permanently covered with water. Silt from the garden is collecting on the pavement and road which is a hazard. Cars using road are splashing pedestrians also a hazard.

Pavement from Dunholme village hall heading towards Lincoln Road until the path ends, 24th April
The pavement is extremely uneven, full of potholes and trip hazards. Parents have been seen pushing prams on the road (honeyholes lane) instead of the pavement due to the uneven surface. Children can’t ride bikes on it confidently in fear of wheels getting stuck on potholes.

Footpath is water logged in places making people walk into the field to get through this is the main path between dunholme and welton it really needs a layer of stone putting down

Running water across main road continuous, 8th April
This was reported several times and the last update was January 8th when it's supposedly been issued to highways. This is a permanent event running water across the road - a danger to road users especially in colder months or when it's frosty mornings. The amount of wasted water too must be incredible.
