The surface of the pathway is breaking up and there are a couple of places where there is a definite tripping hazard. The pathway is used by people wishing to visit the post office, many of them elderly.. The situation is gradually getting worse with weather conditions as they are.at present.

Straight stretch of road which passes Anglian Water entrance, 7th October
I was caught out here on this straight leg of road, overtaking when an oncoming vehicle's headlights popped up out of a dip in the road. I was travelling northbound at 60mph, overtaking a car travelling about 50 mph. It seems to me this part of the road may not have safe overtaking sight distance for a 60 mph limit. I do understand highway design parameters and request that you check whether some no overtaking markings are required please.

On the corner of the small road, 11th June
Water has been coming out of the drain now for about 2 weeks. It is clean water ,no smells. No other drains are like this and little or no rain recently. There are household/business water supplies close by?

Deep pothole in roadside/ adj: to kerb, 13th May
A very deep pothole has just appeared adjacent to the roadside kerb edging. External dimensions at road surface are relatively small (32 x 17 cm), but the hole is over 42 cm deep and extends under the road. It similar in appearance to sinkholes seen on TV. The adjacent tarmac appears to be breaking up.

The works appear to have been completed however the bollards and cones that were initially put up are now damaged or strewn across the road side. There are still restricted miles per hour signs which do not appear relevant. Please can these signs be removed now

A57 - speed limit signs (various), 12th February
When heading in the Lincoln direction the roadworks present a multitude of signs showing 40mph limits, 30mph and national speed limit and the national ones were uncovered yesterday - really unhelpful and unclear when there is a speed camera in the middle of the roadworks. I was not sure what speed to be going. The national speed limit signs need to be blanked out during the period of works.
