Centre of eastbound carriageway, 21st March
Massive rectangular pothole on centreline of carriageway. Only just avoided on my motorbike. Front wheel would easily drop into this hole and unseat the rider. Bearing in mind this is close to Cadwell Park this pothole is an extreme risk in my opinion. It has straight cut edges and looks like a recent repair that has failed

I may have not got the location exactly right, but it's not far past the house on the way to Louth, in the centre of the LHS carriageway. A weird oblong shaped pothole that a car tyre would fit nicely into.

You claim to assess this monthly yet these potholes are getting worse and deeper. They're impossible to miss even if you know where they are, as it will cause an accident. Drive from the old London Road tip to burwell. There are several blackspots with deep potholes and you have removed or hidden previous repairs from fixmystreet. These will cause damage or an accident and need fixing properly. You have bodged ones nearly previously.

You state you assess this road monthly yet the potholes present have been there months. So that's another LIE you tell us. Drive from Louth to Burwell, won't take you long, and report all the road defects. You are not fit for purpose lincs highways. Another report coming for the appalling state of Burwell itself too.
