Flowing water, no risk to life or property problem, 4th January
Please deliver 10 x sandbags to customer, I spoke to customer who said the water is threatening to enter her patio doors it is the back of the house where water is flooding.

Layby just up from the right hand brinkhill turning heading towards harrington, 1st January
Large lay-by just on the left past the right hand Brinkhill turning.
Huge run of vast and very deep potholes as you enter the layby rendering it inaccessible.
If trying to access the layby you can't gain entry unless you go down the potholes which damages your car. If a cyclist was to hit one they would sustain severe injury as they would be thrown over the handlebars. This is a very popular cycle route and the only layby along this road.
If trying to access this in the dark with a car you would blow your tyres out

Blocked culvert. Water level risen and overflowing across my driveway. Recurring problem but this time worse than I've experienced it in the past. Feel unsafe walking across there and parking there would not be advisable .

Pipe under road is severly blocked and so water overflows into the road instead of crossing into the open ditch outside Hemmels. This problem has existed before and may not have been properly rectified in years.

The Grange, Brinkhill LN11 8QY, 20th October
REF 4187244 - Drainage ditch backing up from 2pm on Fri 20 Oct 23. Affecting several properties on the Harrington Road in Brinkhill. Telephoned the Floodline Team to report and the reference is 4187244 as the water was continuing to rise and flooded into the driveway of Oakwood House up to front door, The Cottage and Holly House. Local residents dug gullys and were assisted by local people with pumps to divert water. Water level still high.
