Abbey Lane junction, 24th April
Direction sign needed on both sides of Abbey Lane. Traffic is missing the turn and using the cyclepath as a roundabout, driving in through residents access drives, along the cyclepath and out through either another access drive or through the end of the cyclepath where the cyclepath signs are located. Lampposts are often being hit. It could be a child next time!

Side of 2 Gleneagles Drive, on verge in Forest Pines Way, Woodhall Spa, 22nd April
This tree was apparently hit by one of the large delivery lorries to the construction site and my neighbour has been told by LCC that they were 'going to leave it' - This tree is now leaning toward our fence, over the walkway used by at least 3 electric vehicle users and pedestrians and the roots are now out of the grass so 'leaving it' is negligent/irresponsible and not an option. It is very loose and unstable having been badly battered by the recent winds.

Wrong side of the road, 18th April
The new 30miles per hour sign indicating that Witham Road is now a 30mph road is on the opposite side of the road . A load of people have mentioned on various Facebook groups that they haven’t even noticed the signs. Can the sign be moved the correct side of the road so people drive out of the old 30mph realise it’s still a 30 please ? Also is the big 40 logo painted on the road be removed and changed for a 30 ? Are you also going to add more 30 signage ? As I live on the witham road and nothing has changed . I would be in favour of a speed camera near my house if needed. Thanks

Odour pollution, 12th April
The odour emitted from these drains is repulsive. Often commented on from passers by. It is a daily occurance and I would encourage this to be rectified by camera investigation, as was recommended by the water company. Anglian Water looked into this, however couldn't do the work themselves as it falls under yourselves.

Again you will send out a survey team and a works gang to repair what should have been repaired in December under faults 493222 & 467153. The first pictures shows a repair with the start of the pothole in December, the second taken recently. With the heavy machinery and traffic for the Woodhall show soon approaching the road will need to be looked at and repaired.

Truck wheel ruts on grass verges, 27th March
From start of forest pines lane to glen eagles caused by HGV vehicles mounting verges to pass each other .Usually a very tidy and well kept estate is being ruined and becoming a danger to the public due to the speed and size of vehicles.A large estate that has more than one access road to the building site.I would expect the damage to be repaired and the traffic management to make adequate adjustments to in coming and outgoings traffic to the site so they do not have to mount verges to pass each other
