Edge of drain by kerb tarmac breaking up. As you come off the island from Bardon Hill towards M1 north as you approach slip road, 19th February
I am unsure if this has previously been patched up but tarmac is breaking up again around the drain cover.

Spotted dead cat, 6th February
There is a small black and white cat as far as I could see at the side of the road on the grass verge just down from the island on the side of the petrol station, I hope this cat can be put to rest ??

Left hand side of lane 1 just after joining southbound at jct 22 - over last week has noticeably deepened and vechild hitting at speed could be knocked off course. Lesser one 100 meters further on

Large pothole near church, 19th July
It looks as though a drain cover has fell in on itself and is just a large hole now, I had to swerve to avoid it. If a car was to hit it, it will cause a lot of damage to the vehicle. With cars having to swerve it won’t be long until there is an accident.
