ISSUE: Anti social behaviour and crime increase
ACTION: We are working with partner agencies and have engagement opportunities planned to progress this matter.
nnAs a result of continued working with partners we have secured civil injunctions against some of those causing us harm and have acted on breaches of these orders.
nnWe continue to work with the council and have been able to secure new CCTV cameras to cover areas causing issues and further work is on-going with housing and ASB teams to continue to address the problem.
nnFurther investigation is underway following an incident of disorder reported to us over the past week. We continue to work with the local council and are also looking at further civil injunctions.

ISSUE: Increase in reports of burglaries to residential properties in the areas of Whitwick and Thringstone.
ACTION: Both local and force wide operations are in place to increase patrols in the targeted areas. We are also working with partners in Community Safety and Crimestoppers.
nn15/01/24 - Increased patrols in the area from Force resources.
Investigations continue relating to a number of offences reported overnight 9-10th January. We are conducting a full review of all reports made. 1 arrest made with other attempts on-going.
nnFollowing the arrest and subsequent charges there has been a significant decrease in reported offences.

ISSUE: Vehicles
ACTION: A traffic enforcement operation has been planned and we are working with partners to address the issues being reported to us.
nnMultiple traffic operations have now been completed with offending vehicles issued with advice letters or penalty notices.
