Low drains, 19th April
There are several drains on the approach to Cottingham that sit very low and road around them is worn. Being a narrow road it’s hard to miss these if traffic is coming the other way.

Poor repair to path, 15th April
This pathway had only been repaired on 13/03/24 so just over a month ago but already there is vegetation pushing through, which shows that everything is being done on the cheap and not to a satisfactory standard. Please send the contractor back to do it properly, under warranty.

Loose large stone moving in road, 28th March
This is a loose stone that keeps moving when driven over by vehicles causing a pothole in the Road when it moves. Resident has put it back in position in photo but it needs fixing asap before it damages a vehicle

Large pothole, 25th March
Large pothole, on the road outside number 15 opposite 44 Collingwood. Areas of the road surface around the pothole are also crumbling away to the verge/entrance to residents driveway, which will eventually end up with one very large pothole. Every car travelling on the avenue is banging down this pothole. The whole of Collingwood Avenue is in a terrible disgraceful state, with many potholes along the length of the avenue, the whole avenue needs resurfacing. The council occasionally fill in the large potholes, however this is not enough as the repairs only last a few months before the potholes emerge again and the smaller pot holes, not repaired, get bigger.

Huge hole on side of the road/kerb, 20th March

Several potholes on Blind Lane between the Royal George and the junction with Welland View Road, 18th March
Because of the fallen wall on Corby Road, many cars are using Blind Lane as a cut through. More holes are opening up and getting wider and deeper on a weekly basis.
