Stile too low, slippery and needs replacing, 14th November
This stile has been in an increasing state of disrepair and now needs attention. The upper step is close to a hawhorn hedge, itslef making it difficult to pass without getting caught in the hedge. The upper step is also very low. I'm 5ft 10, and fit. Today I slipped as i swung my leg over. I caught myself on the cross member spraining my wrist in the process.

Tarmac non-existent, 13th September
The state of Hickling Lane between Melton Rd and Green Lane beggars belief. How has it been allowed to deteriorate to this state?. The section past the pig farm is lethal on a pedal cycle and cannot be considered safe by any reasonable authority. Other sections are massively uneven with loose tarmac flanking both sides. Loose gravel and deep fissures are thrown in for good measure. Can you please complete an urgent inspection and tell me when the Highway Authority will be carrying out remedial works.
