No one taking responsibility to maintain grass, 26th June
As photo indicates very over grown public area which is encouraging fly tipping and vermin; I never know who is responsible as I always encounter sloping shoulders - is it the council ( if the final adoption of roads and paths concluded; Bellway or East Midlands Housing. The latter have helped in the past but not sure it is their responsibility. Just would appreciate some joined up thinking (in addition to tackling the fly-tipping that has often been reported on the woodland owned by Coftons who have been in administration for many years which is of no help to residents who take it upon themselves to clear up for you.

Abandoned Rubbish, 12th September
I think both the neighbours and the bin men are at fault here but I regularly see additional bags put by bins which the bin men clearly state that the can't/will not take. They are then left for what I presume are foxes and other wildlife having a party and ripping open the bags. The residents do not clear up their mess and the situation worsens. Please take the odd extra bag or warn/fine the inconsiderate residents.

Flooding Outside Property, 12th August
Everytime it rains, the area outside our house floods as the drains do not seem to work. The drains have been looked at many times, and we've been told the supporting structure under the road has damaged them. The standing water becomes very deep and stops us getting out of our driveway. It also presents a significant hazard to the families and children walking to the school. They are forced to climb round our driveway or walk in the middle of the road where the cars are moving and subsequently turning round as they can't get through.
