Grass bank has not been cut for nearly a year. Encorages flybtipping. Very unkempt, 22nd January
Grass bank has overgrown to a very unacceptable level. A real eye sore on landscape and now encouraging more litter and fly tipping. Bank is too big and too steep for locals to attempt cutting

Large pile of leaf debris piled up and left on public footpath, 11th January
Angus Drive There is a National Grid box/building on Angus Drive- the entrance to it has been cleared presumably by then and left piled up on adjacent public footpath, large tree branch and overgrown hedges surround this building and along street makes use of this footpath dangerous and is attracting flytipp at the side of the building

No one taking responsibility to maintain grass, 26th June
As photo indicates very over grown public area which is encouraging fly tipping and vermin; I never know who is responsible as I always encounter sloping shoulders - is it the council ( if the final adoption of roads and paths concluded; Bellway or East Midlands Housing. The latter have helped in the past but not sure it is their responsibility. Just would appreciate some joined up thinking (in addition to tackling the fly-tipping that has often been reported on the woodland owned by Coftons who have been in administration for many years which is of no help to residents who take it upon themselves to clear up for you.

Vermin, 15th April
The garden in the house behind our flat contains a large dog pen that is rarely cleaned out or maintained. There are two gaps in the fencing and for about 3 days now we have observed some very large rats diving in and out of that fence and scavenging in our bin area. The rats are clearly living in/around/underneath the rancid dog pen.

Pot Hole slow lane M1 south just before J23, 10th April
There is a huge pot hole and has been for two weeks (I have hit it twice now) on the M1 south bound it is about 200m before the 1mile to the junction sign before j23 in the slow lane. I think it may be on the approach to a small farm underbridge passage under the embankment. but you hit it with a right thump

Yearly flooding area, 15th March
Every year at this time water floods over black Brook way path here (opposite new fruit tree planting at the back of Hayley Avenue) and makes it very difficult for people with Wheelchairs or mobility problems to safely use the path to get through it. Would tree / shrub planting or drainage works help? Thank you
