Coming into the village on the left hand side of the road just after the entrance to the sports field and before the motorway bridge. There is a seriously deep pothole that as a cyclist I have to swerve around, cars following cannot see the pothole behind me so it is particularly scary swerving in front of them.

M62 under bridge., 14th September
While walking under this road bridge, I’ve noticed that there’s a lot of pigeon droppings on both sides of the footpath. The bridge is housing lots of Ferrell pigeons and they are nesting in the gaps between the spans, can you clean up the droppings and net over the areas to stop them nesting which in turn will stop the pigeons.

Dead dog on the edge of the 3rd lane, 13th July
Hi, just wanted to make you aware of a dog that has been hit by either a car or lorry. I think this may have already been reported as there was signs to slow down on the motorway from junction 32 however just wanted to let you know the dog is now on the edge of the 3rd lane believed to be dead.

Van parked on double yellow lines and foot path., 13th January
Van parked on a bad bend on A639 Methley. There are double yellow lines on the road and crash barriers to the kerb side. This because of passed accidents at this spot. There is a lay-by behind the crash barriers but the driver did not bother to use it.

It looks like the metal part of the expansion joint on the bridge is raised at the left edge of lane 2. Only had a fleeting glance as I passed in lane 1.

Metal drain cover missing/collapsed, 28th August
Metal grate drain cover missing for a week now leaving large hole that is extremely dangerous to pedestrians falling in, cyclists/motorcyclists in particular riding over it etc but also dangerous to vehicles due to being forced to drive over the hole because of the raised traffic island placed right there creating a pinch point which has probably caused this grate excessive wear and tear to start with. Immediate danger to life here.
