Phone box has had glass smashed, 5th July
Walked past phone box across from King Edward pub and had to guide my dogs into the street to avoid the broken glass from the phone box. Someone has smashed in the street facing panel of the phone box

Van parked on double yellow lines and foot path., 13th January
Van parked on a bad bend on A639 Methley. There are double yellow lines on the road and crash barriers to the kerb side. This because of passed accidents at this spot. There is a lay-by behind the crash barriers but the driver did not bother to use it.

Parking on the corner, 18th January
Cars continually parking on the bend of the road outside the shop. If you need to go up Leeds road you have to turn wide round the corner as the parked cars obstruct your view. This is an accident waiting to happen as cars coming down Leeds road have their view obstructed as well. I have lived at my current address 6 years, the problem has been around all this time and I’m guessing for a lot longer.

Continuous dangerous parking opposite St Aidens nature reserve, 4th January
On sunday i nearly had an accident due to parking on both sides of the road, cars are regularly parked halfway into the carriageway and yesterday one was actually parked and left completely in the road, the dangerous parking starts just after wood lane and stretches up astley lane to the brow of the hill,

Up to 30 cars daily parking on the grass verges outside RSPB saint aidens, 23rd May
This is a daily occurrence of cars parked illegally outside the nature reserve. In some instances presenting a hazard to moving traffic. This issue has been particularly bad since the beginning of lock down. Signage along this stretch of road would be useful.

Traffic light sensor failure, 21st April
Approaching this junction the sensors in the lights are not picking up cars on the approach or when stationary. This issue/failure was active from Monday 20th April at 6.30am. Cars are having to run the red light so if there are cameras you will need to waive all penalties from this date.

Parking right on junction, 9th August
This junction is horrendous to get in and out of, however to make the matter worse cars and one white van in particular are parking right on the junction. This is on the left hand side as you turn into hollins grove! So when you come round the corner you go head on into them and have to reverse onto main road which is so dangerous.
