FIXMYSTREET IN LS24 9UA
The following problems have been reported on Fix My Street within 2 miles of LS24 9UA:
The vehicles coming off the A64 joining the A612, 6th April
The junction joining the A612 fron the A64. Traffic pulling out is a daily thing and it's only a matter of time before there's a major accident. The junction was changed a few years ago but is now dangerous and I have had a few near misses from impatient drivers pulling out to join the A612.

Huge amount of litter all along road sides A64 from A1 connection to Tadcaster, 7th March
My e mail is old.trout@me.com . I am a regular user of the A64 and was particularly struck by the amounts of rubbish alongside the verges . It is environmentally ‘unacceptable’ . I dont know if this is something you deal with or how members of the public express their concern. There are many of us appalled by how litter builds up on our key roads whose verges can be actually great places for plants, insects , even wildlife. Last week Radio 4 reported a new disease in birds due to plastic pollution and I suspect this is an issue which will attract more attention. I would willingly support representations for our law makers to put in place appropriate incentives/safeguards to deal with this problem. Kind regards
