FIXMYSTREET IN LS16 8DZ
The following problems have been reported on Fix My Street within 2 miles of LS16 8DZ:
Illegal parking in resident parking bay, 2nd January
The vehicle MV10LFM has been parking illegally in my parking bay. It should be noted all parking bays available have numbers on the pavement , including mine, so the offender clearly saw there was allocated parking and parked there anyways. Parking near my unit is a matter of safety so this offence caused a major inconvenience and could continue to compromise the correct use of the parking bay I paid for when I bought my unit. I arrived after lunch, honked several times, call neighbours intercom for any honest parking mistake by a visitor, and the said vehicle owner could not care less.

Parking on double yellow lines and blocking pavement., 4th September
Vehicles continually park on the double yellow line on King Lane. This happens daily outside of the Cooplands shop. This particular vehicle was also blocking the pavement. Other vehicles also park up on the pavement each day. Ample parking is available for vehicles in the car park over the road and on the parking area immediately outside the shops. This driver chose to ignore both parking locations.
