Huge pile of building rubble in the front garden., 16th March
Huge amount of rubble from building work piled high in front garden. Two large glazed units on the foothpath leaning against the front garden wall. I have seen a rat in the garden. The building work has been ongoing for months. They should be using skips from the start.

Resident parking on blind bend and obscuring Travelling vehicles view and blocking footpath access for pedestrians, 30th November

Parking, 22nd September
Parking on Scotland Lane Horsforth has increased in recent weeks partly due to recent repairs carried out to the road surface but the yellow lines not put back on as they were before, yesterday 21/9/22 four vehicles all together and part parked on the pavement made it difficult for pedestrians to get around and drivers approaching from Brownberrie lane not being able to see oncoming traffic.

Subsidence resulting from overgrown and unmanaged trees, 5th May
I live in a private residence, with a number of trees on council land to the rear of my property. I have been advised that an adjoining council owned property has subsidence issues due to tree roots and previously incorrectly removed trees. This will result in my own semi detached property being also being subject to the same issue.

Traffic lights do not change when my bicycle waits at red light, 29th April
I think these lights must be fitted with a metal detecting sensor. If I wait at them on my bicycle and there are no cars waiting, then they do not change from red. Almost as soon as a car pulls up they change.
