Dangerous road surface, 26th March
There is a long stretch of broken tarmac on the joint between lanes one and two of the westbound carriageway. It is more than a single pothole and whilst its not such a problem in a car, on a motorcycle it is a much more serious issue with loss of control being a likely possibility. The damage stretches from Levens junction to past the Gilpin Bridge junction. It has been like this for some time and is now getting seriously bad.

Speed Camera malfunction, 15th July
Speed Camera located on M23 near Bletchingley, Redhill gantry towards Gatwick is flashing erratic. I saw flash happening in rear view mirror, even though I was on 67mph. Weatherwise it was very much rainy and windy.

The slip road crossing the bypass, 10th April
The road is in a terrible condition there is large potholes making it very dangerous to cross the bypass (which is already a dangerous junction) the road has been in a bad condition for 2 months but has progressively deteriorated over the last 2 weeks I now travel a different way to work as I find the road too dangerous to use

Faulty safety camera, 14th November
On A590 Cumbria between the villages of beckhead and millside going eastbound there is a safety camera that constantly flashes once at random intervals. No traffic present and does dazzle when going westbound. Location is approx but is that area.

Lots of potholes, 13th May
This road is full of potholes. I'd guess between 15 and 20. It looks like some locals have filled some with gravel but there are some deep holes that someone could easily break an ankle in.
