Student Apartment Vibrating From Traffic, 25th September
I don't know who to report to... The CityBlock Gillows, a student apartment, is just off the A6. There will be a lot of heavy vehicles on this road. When passing by, the house will shake violently, there is a strong earthquake feeling. Almost from nine in the morning to six at night, every day. I think I've had enough. I asked the reception and they said there was no problem with the quality of the house. I can't complain.

Big hole left by unfinished work, 17th December
Whilst it was good to see some effort made to improve grab lane 2 weeks ago, it looks like the team ran out of tarmac and just left a big hole at the end and haven't been back. The fresh tarmac lulls drivers in to a false sense of security before they crash in to a hole, often disguised by a puddle. ??

Please provide signage to safe pedestrian route, 30th September
Grab lane is narrow, has blind bends, is a 60 limit, and is not very safe for pedestrians, yet it has many pedestrians, and many near misses. I believe many pedestrians are unaware that there is safe pedestrian route through the standon gate estate (Wentworth drive), through to Fenham Carr lane. Please consider adding 'No Footway' signs at each end of grab lane, and attaching an information sign showing on a map, the alternative pedestrian safe route. This could save someone's life.

Cars parked on shared use pavement, 14th September
At school pick up/drop off cars park on pavement (shared use pedestrian/cycle path) at times blocking half the path. This makes it difficult to social distance and also dangerous for kids as cars bump up on road without seeing small children in the way. They also park contr flow to traffic making it dangerous when they pull out as they can't view oncoming traffic properly
We have been encouraged to walk/cycle to school rather than use buses but the cars on the pavement do not encourage this.
