Road closed sign exposed on U4064 Corney Fell on north end junction with A595 at Broad Oak. No road closed sign at south end junction with A595 at Duddon Bridge. Unable to find any applicable Traffic Regulation Order for road closure and the sign has been exposed for a significant number of weeks.

Cobbles on bend create road hazard causing accidents., 12th January
A resident of Gosforth reported that he had seen a red car in a field which had gone through a gap in the hedge and rolled. Police tape was around the car and across the gap in the hedge. His daughter had the same accident a few months ago and he was sure the cobbles at the side of the roads on bends in this area create a road hazard, making cars roll. He reported that a local farmer says this happens about once a month and is sure someone will be killed if there is nothing done or no warning signs/speed limits.

Road markings, 1st November
Road markings have not been repainted after the road has been resurfaced. This is on a corner where markings should be. Another 100meters north and there is another section of road that is also unmarked after resurfacing, this section is over a brow of a hill.

Corney Fell - full road width, 15th February
Heading south from Muncaster, once on Corney Fell just after first cattle grid (where there is a property), two massive potholes have become one and now take up the full width of the road. They are also so deep that I can no longer get my car through it, making the road impassable
