A slumped tree across a footpath, 18th July
The slumped tree is in a hedge on the footpath from Leece Lane to North Row, Roose The path is a route for children going to Roose Primary School It already overhangs into the school grounds, by resting on it's playing field fence

Sunken manhole and potholes, 11th March
On the left hand side of the road near the middle there is a sunken manhole cover, you can't often avoid driving over it given its location and the road is always busy. Between The Red River and Tesco there are several areas where there are potholes and sunken manholes and it wont be long before there is an accident.

Water is at least 2 metres deep under Salthouse railway bridge.There is no access for emergency vehicles or access to the public foot path or the Old Mills ( Cumbria Way ). " The Old Line " public footpath is not accessible either., 28th February

Advertisement Banners, 3rd December
On Roose Bridge, 'hoarding 'Banners', are obstructing the view, (on the LH side) when heading towards town, but wanting to turn right into Flass Lane. It made the decision on whether it is safe to turn into Flass Lane difficult

Litter along Gateway, 16th September
More litter patrols needed along Roose Road / Gateway area , there is recycling rubbish , bottles, plastic bags, crisp packets etc on the road/pavements . I pick this up regular , is this not what I pay the council for.?

Pavement damaged - possible tripping hazard, 17th June
Small flags stones identifying crossing point for the road junction damaged, loose and possible tripping hazard. Damage has been probably due to the increased motor traffic mounting pavement for the recently opened Domino's Pizza, delivery vehicles and customers constantly driving down and parking on pavement

Overgrown Footpath, 17th May
A footpath runs off Leece Lane, from the chip shop corner, tp Roose Primary School This footpath, is in places 5 ft high in sheeps parsley. It is a 'route-to school', and as such pupils can get soaked by using the path. Usually it is cleared by a 'Pay-Back' team (under supervision.........
