Back derby road again full of rubbish, 20th April
This is supposed to be a back road and I use it daily on my bike however this is a ongoing issue rubbish being dumped broken glass building waste poured down drains, strong smell of dog muck, overgrown bushes bins left out all the time and now there is 1 or 2 vehicles who have started parking down the alley behind 2 earl street/78 Derby Road As a result I have come off my bike at least once and also got punctures from the broken glass

Previous reported Trolley now been thrown in the river, 26th January
This ?? trolley was previously reported in the park, which someone has closed down as a fixed job?????? It was never complete. Its now been thrown into river which makes the job a lot more logistically time consuming and difficult to recover.
