Constant dog fouling outside my house. Since lockdown began this has got even worse. There are now even more dogs (strangers) being walked past my house and leaving unwanted gifts than normal. I have disability problems and find it hard cleaning up after these now frequent events. It's so bad at times I have had to wash the whole walkway down with disinfectant. It's got to the stage that I am scared to open my gate now, as it is sometimes hard to even exit my own area. Naughbour has put up a sign but to no avail. How can we stop this?, 10th April
Constant dog mess that on occasions runs from one end of my fence to the other. Some mornings I can go out and find more than one mess. This is happening approx every other day now. Since lockdown began, more and more dogs being walk past than normal. A lot of strangers, never seen before. I'm getting on in years and find it difficult getting down to pick up after these offenders. If they would only do it themselves it wouldnt be so bad. Postman has found it a problem avoiding it too.

Fixed signage without planning permission, 11th October
Here for example is a case in point which is typical of fixed signage scattered across Fife road network and on land adjacent to it and at this location distracts form the real street signage etc. But this is an issue in all industrial estates and near the road network junctions across Fife where some business are erecting fixed signage and not even bothering with the get out clause previously of it being mobile.
This sort of thing is making Fife look very tardy indeed, any business having mobile signs directly outside their own premises as long as it doesn't block the route for pedestrians and cyclists is acceptable but the council needs to clamp down heavy on this commercial advertising down by a minority if left un-tackled imagine what Fife would look like if the 99% of other business's did the same. Get something down soon and keep Fife tidy.
