Curbs Dislodged, 9th May
Curbstones dislodged again. They were previously replaced and repairs carried out around 4 weeks ago. HGV’s continue to mount roundabout and dislodge. Perhaps requires bollards on roundabout to discourage inconsiderate/poor driving.

Collapsing manhole (recurring problem), 15th April
Recurrence of collapsing manhole on northbound carriageway of B920, causing severe vibrations and associated noise at Longview. Internal cracking to plasterboard wall and fire surround now evident (two different rooms). Reported online via FifeDirect website on both 30th March and 12th April [2019], no response to either. Fife Council advised also on 12th April 2019 that a vibration/noise monitoring specialist has already been contacted.

Standing Water, 6th November
Blocked drains which cause water to build up which in turn ends up with excessive mud being carried on to main highway from Grant Construction lorry’s tipping waste at Hardie Race Promotions (Lochgelly Race Track / Waste disposal site) Please be aware there is a serious safety issue with mud being transferred as a result of this fault compounded by up to 25 lorries per day.

Blocked drains allowing water to accumulate across the road which in turn drags mud on to main carriageway from Grant Constrution tipper trucks who run through it with excessive mud and dirt on wheels and undercarriage from depositing waste at Lochgelly raceway.

Very very very smelly gully drain, 30th August
This was reported last Friday drain is really smelly you can smell from bottom of church street till half way up now you can smell coming up through drains in house water takes longer to drain away can Fife council look at this problem please as it’s very very smelly

Smelly blocked gully drain, 24th August
The drain is really smelly and is blocked when heavy rainfall this is causing drains in house to empty really slow it’s on the right hand side of church street going up just in between no 16 and 16a on the road
