Dangerous walkway.. accident waiting to happen., 13th March
Walkway is dangerous and inaccessible. Grass is overgrown, glass everywhere and grafitti. The lane between rosewell drive and asima. It’s ridiculous, and the council need to either force the owner to do something, or just fix it. Completely puts a dampner of the look of the community. Complete ignorance and laziness and it’s frankly dangerous. It’s been like this for i dont even know how long! Probably before my time. It’s a well used walkway, and several times per day someone stumbles of falls. Absolute liability!

Narrow street with turning area at end of street. It is a dead end street. Cars parked in turning area, cars double parked on street making access difficuilt, 22nd September
Parking is an ongoing issue with people parking in an inconsiderate manner. Parked in turning bay, one of cars has no MOT or tax. Making access into street restricted. On 21/09/2016 an ambulance had difficulty accessing street due to parking on both sides of street and couldn't get through till vans and cars moved. Should have clear access into street at all times. Also one resident seems to have several cars that he is always repairing and leaving tools strewn on pathways. Does repairs even after 11pm at night. Cars Also park on pavement forcing you to walk on road. There are plenty space at end of street for visitors to park, but rather than a very short walk would rather cause access problems

Extreme speed bump while roads are still deteriorating, 15th November
Earlier this week a speed bump was placed outside the shops, this speed bump equals the height of the kerb and even going over it at 5mph is still far to extreme on cars suspension, ect. This wouldnt be so much of a problem except that majority of roads in Ballingry are badly deteriorating especially around existing speed bumps where pot holes are forming. Malcolm street and kirktoun street are prime examples of this among other streets. This needs to be tackled before extreme speed bumps are installed that will just end up in the same situation in only a few months time!

Ongoing pothole problems, 7th September
Kirktoun street has been really bad with pot holes and wearing of concrete for a number of years, the council tried to fix this by putting sand in them which the children of the area later just picked out. The wearing/potholes are mostly round the edges of the speed bumps which is going to cause serious damage to a car soon. The wearing is also in the middle of the street due to flooding when it rains.

Flooding, 19th November
When raining, an area of flooding is evident at the marked location.
This seems to be caused by blocked gullies as the water does not seem to drain away as it should. During prolonged periods of rain, an accident is waiting to happen, especially in the dark.
