I think these dropkerbs have been fitted without permision as i cant see why the council would allow dropkerbs for a car to be able to park on a pavement.

Dog poo littering the pavement outside the Coop, 28th February

Sun, 28 Feb 2010 10:57:47 +0000
56.0699865811963 -3.17525102053311

Thanks to some irresponsible dog owner, there is a load of dog poo all over the pavement outside the Coop. Thanks for sharing it with us! This is a public thoroughfare and allowing your dog to foul here is totally irresponisble and disgusting. Parents with their prams and children will find it impossible to avoid it and it will end up been trodden into the Coop and all over the High Street.

Doo Dells lane should be renamed Shit Pan Alley!, 28th February

Sun, 28 Feb 2010 10:51:34 +0000
56.0669317513327 -3.17489285563392

I am fed up of the amount of dog poo down Doo Dells Lane - it never gets cleared up by the irresponsible dog owners who allow their dogs to foul the area and every day there is more. When are the council going to start doing something about this and start catching the dog owners and fining them on the spot? Coming round on a weekly basis to clean the mess up for them is not going to solve the situation! It might clean up the area temporarily, but the problem still persists. The problem continues further along the path and it needs to be dealt with. It's giving responsible dog owners a bad name!

Repeat Offender caught on camera for dog fouling, 30th April

Thu, 30 Apr 2009 16:47:32 +0100
56.0664570782456 -3.17440923393038

I see this guy most mornings. He walks his 2 dogs at around 8.30am along the paths down by the beach. One of his dogs always runs onto the beach, has a poo and then runs back upto the path to follow it's owner who never cleans up after it. His other dog often walks behind him, craps where it likes and as the owner is a few meters ahead, he never goes back to pick up the poo as he's oblivious to it's existence. On Tuesday morning this week I witnessed his dog yet again fouling the beach without the owner picking up after it and so on Wednesday morning I took my camera with me and photographed the dog fouling yet again and also the owner, only this time as he was being photographed, he picked up after his dog! If that's what it takes, I'll photograph him every morning!

Constant dog fouling on the paths leading down to the beach, 21st April

Tue, 21 Apr 2009 21:46:39 +0100
56.0668658268674 -3.17462565836273

The signs warning people of on the spot fines for dog fouling are not having any effect as dog owners are persintently letting their dogs foul the paths that lead down to the beach. There don't appear to be any wardens about to issue these fines and until there are the dog fouling will continue. It's a daily irritation. Friends who come to stay remember the amount of dog excrement they had to avoid to get down to the beach than their time on the beach itself.

Dof owners failing to pick up after their dogs, 21st April

Tue, 21 Apr 2009 21:42:04 +0100
56.0661323145896 -3.1749603287997

I am getting increasingly fed up with the amount of dog excrement I have to avoid on the pavement on Pettycur Road. This is a persistnat problem and I have yet to spot the cuplrit. Despite the notices regarding fines for not clearing up after your dog, nothing changes. On most days of the week I find dog excrement on the pavement outside my house, on my driveway and further down the street. Something needs to be done about this immediately as it's health risk. Mothers walk along the pavement with their children and prams.

Signs have been removed again, 27th December

56.0695960006326 -3.1719240043473

Once again these signs have been removed from the attached poles to which they were fitted! There are 2 house owners on St James Place that are continually allowing their dog to foul on the beach on a daily basis, one with a wire terrier & other with 2 jack russels. Action needs to be taken to put a stop to this disgusting habit by these in-considerate owners!
