Petheram Bridge Car Park St Andrews, 19th June
The drain is blocked at Petheram Bridge Car Park causing the drain to flood and overflow with mud and also causing an unearthly smell.

A gigantic disused freezer unit at lock ups behind Spar. Up ended and dumped. It is of a serious health hazard as it is leaking fluid. The school children will be back to school on Wednesday and this is an accident waiting to happen. Please give this extreme urgency to have it removed. It most likely came from one of the shops/chippy/building works at Purves funeral parlour. But I cannot prove this. The Spar manager has said it did not belong to the Spar”, 13th August

There has been a skip left outside the renovations job by Syd Stevenson funeral homes on Tom Morris Drive St.Andrews. People have been dumping rubbish and old mattresses and seagulls have strewn rubbish around neighbourhood. This has been going on for a week and is now becoming an environmental hazard. Also the public bins are overcrowded and spillage with rubbish and have not been emptied. See photos as evidence. Please advise., 2nd July

New repair has failed, 15th January
This stretch of road was repaired in December. It has failed already with a pothole approximately three feet long, a foot wide and three inches deep and is inceasing in size daily. Further up the road is a dug hole where water is welling up and coursing down the road. It is surrounded by blue safety fencing but has remained unattended for a couple of weeks. Presumably the forcast freezing weather will ascerbate both these problems.

Massive Pothole - Again!, 19th October
Massive Pothole in front of Madras Rugby Club. The pothole is always re-appearing, due to ineffective temporary repairs that only last a couple of weeks before the hole starts to reform ... due to an ongoing flooding issue at the site. Probably been repairs a dozen times this year already.
