Blocked drain., 21st February
A small burn runs under the road in a culvert or else into a drain. When it overflows it deposits mud onto the road and also the cyclepath. I suggest that there is a blockage on the North side of the road that needs clearing to enable the water to drain away without flooding the road and cyclepath. As well as clearing the drain the mud that has already been deposited on the cyclepath needs to be cleared.

Sign misleading., 24th January
A three ton weight restriction sign was recently erected. It states 3T mgw, except for access, except buses and coaches. This is a fairly common form of signage. However the implication is that the road from the sign down into Culross is accessible by buses and coaches. I strongly suggest that it is an inappropriate road for buses or coaches as it is single track, has no formal passing places and has soft verges on either side. These verges are often next to a deep ditch. I suggest that the bottom sign is removed so that buses and coaches are not tempted to use the road.

Electricity Disruption, 31st October
In this area, we are subjected to frequent power cuts. We have, typically, between 3 and 6 power cuts per annum. I think that part of the problem is that our supply comes via overhead cables on telegraph poles and cuts through some densely wooded areas.
Can Fife Council work with the electricity company to identify why these cuts happen and to reduce their frequency.
