Dangerous parking on a blind 90 degree bend, 17th February
A silver Ford Connect van, (registration held), is very regularly parked on the bend of West Road and Rocks Road in Charlestown. On approaching this Junction from the south and turning left, today at approx 1530, I almost collided with another vehicle which had pulled out to my side of the road to overtake the silver van. Due to a fairly high stone wall on the inside of the bend, this junction is, effectively, a blind corner when approaching from both the South and the West. It is extremely dangerous and very inconsiderate of any person parking on this corner. There are no markings on the roads around this bend but dangerous parking and the high probability of an accident requires double yellow lines to prevent this dangerous parking.
