Vehicle dangerously parked on apex of corner, not moved for 4 weeks and is assumed abandoned., 6th August
This vehicle was noted parked on the corner of Toll Road and School Road, Cellardyke, KY10 3BQ on 29 June 2019. It is parked right on the corner actually jutting into the road and obstructs the view around the corner making it dangerous to turn in or out of School Road. It also obstructs through traffic, casing a narrow chicane if any vehicle parks on the other side of the road. The vehicle has not moved at all since first noticed (and photographed) over 4 weeks ago and is therefore assumed abandoned. It is a hazard and needs to be removed.

At least six cars rusting away on School Road., 15th March
You can't miss them - some with wheels, some on trailers and some under covers. All without tax,MOTs or insurance. Looks like Noble's scrap yard. They have been there for months and the owner is claiming that the ground is private. It is a public road and he doesn't even live on School Road. Fire and environmental hazard as they will all have petrol, oil and antifreeze slowly oozing out of them. A magnet for little boys who want to play racing drivers and an accident waiting to happen.

Inconsiderate neighbour who dumps car and takes up to 2/3 spaces at a time, 1st May
There are houses on both sides of the road and not enough parking spaces on the side nearest Crail road so people often park on the opposite side. That would be fine however one neighbor in particular just dumps her car in between two spaces and her car is often left at an angle so that it makes is awkward for anyone else to park. This has been going on for months and notes have been left to ask her to park more considerately. There are no white lines draw on the road and these would be a big help for people parking.
