Multiple holes and wide cracks, 12th March
A section of the join between the two roads was repaired satisfactorily last year but the existing holes weren’t repaired because ‘they didn’t reach the necessary criteria for repairs’. They are now much worse causing damage to cars and bicycles not to mention the danger to pedestrians as there are no foot ways in Lodge Road

Road accident debris in kerbside and on pavement., 15th February
Following a collision between a car and a parked van on 5/2/24, a substantial amount of shards of headlights, rear lights and vehicle trims were left in the kerbside and strewn for several feet along the pavement towards the junction with Lower Road. I heard one pet dog being walked along there yelp, possibly due to contact with the sharp debris. There is also a risk of tyre punctures.

Pedestrian crossing road markings worn out, 12th February
The pedestrian crossing is not marked up properly due to excessive wear and tear. This crossing is dangerous due to its proximity to a mini roundabout and needs to be as clear as possible to show road users when pedestrians cross. It is used a lot especially at school drop off and pick up times. It was totally ignored when I crossed in the evening, two days ago.

Tree broken in storm - fallen into our back garden & hanging over footpath behind, 24th January
The tree is on top of our shed, and has pushed the shed - we can't get in the internal door to our belongings, so can't see the entire damage. The other side of the tree is hanging over the footpath and potentially dangerous to walkers I have reported the danger aspect of it to the highways.
I had reported this to Mole Valley council but they have told me the land behind my property belongs to Merton Council. I can't report it on Merton website as they say my post code isn't in their area.
