Muddy path crossing Golffields park from Warrix Ave to bridge, 2nd January
The path is a constant muddy trail even in summer with mud and puddles down its whole length. It has been like this as far back as I've lived in the area. Its not fit for walking on as well as adding to the over all degradation of the area.

Abandoned Roadworks, 1st April
Previous report made months ago about flooding at location. Hole was dug and roadworks with signage put in place. There has been no work done for months and roadworks force northbound traffic on Portland Road onto southbound lane. The roadworks have effectively been abandoned.

Pothole - Meadowhead Road, Irvine., 26th March
Deep pothole on meadowhead road near sewage works. Pothole is on left side of road heading toward papermill. I hit it tonight going to work at the mill. I understand another employee at the mill burst their tyre on the same pothole recently.

Drivers exit at junction obscured by bushes, 22nd July
Safety Issue: Pulling out in front of traffic. Gailes Wynd junction onto St Andrews Way. Left side visibility of oncoming traffic obscured by growing foliage from bushes, getting worse by the day. Gets reported twice a year. It was cut back last time but has quickly reasserted itself, needs cutting back further for a permenant fix.
Reported to NAC on the 9th July. Road safety would appear not to be a priority.
