Parking outside the school during the day, 25th March
I have been into the school and asked members of staff to please park further along from the school towards the Church - I have also telephoned the school pointing out that we need to be able to access our Farm and their cars are being parked in such a way - vehicles cannot get through. Tractors, horse lorries and fire engines WILL NOT be able to pass these cars to continue their journey. The parking issue is long standing and ongoing. Parents receive texts about drop off and pick up parking but the main issues occur during the day when teachers are parking outside the school for convenience and not thinking about others needing access to work

Pavement obstructed, forcing children into road near school., 25th September
Overgrown bushes have almost completely obstructed a pavement opposite a junction that gets very busy at School pickup/dropoff times, forcing Parents and Children out into the road on what is already a very narrow pavement.
This is resulting in a significant danger to the children's safety when entering or leaving the school.
Not clear if the bush in question is maintained by the church or the private residence next door or the responsibilty of the council (as it obstructs the public pavement)

12 inch pothole difficult to assess as full of dark coloured water near the edge of the road in line with my nearside tyres, 5th May
This pot hole I am told has been there for some time and local householder who came to my assisstance said at least 3 or more cars per day were getting tyre damage ,blowouts etc No indication that there was a hazard by Babergh council!

2 pot holes., 17th July
2 pot holes. Sub base now scattered over road. Holes getting deeper. Been getting worse over last 6 months. In centre of Road on Bend so traffic is making holes worse due to side thrust on road surface. Outside Malting House IP9 2LT

Pot hole which has just shredded my tire!, 21st June
I hit a pot hole on Saturday afternoon, 18th June, as I pulled over to let another car pass. As well as it being a hole, I think there was a brick or some other hard debris in it, which contributed to the damage. I don't know how long the hole has been there.

Broken road surface, 26th July
Broken road surface at junction. Reported before but no action taken. It is a distraction to drivers who try to avoid the holes as they come up to the junction. Principally, the eastbound side of Station Road before the junction with the A137.

There is a large parking sign erected which is blocking a beautiful view of Alton water, 29th March
Hi. I live in 36 and 37 lemons hill there is a large parking 120 yards ahead sign and it is right in the middle of a beautiful view onto Alton water. Please please can it be moved a few yards further up lemons hill and would then not interfere with my beautiful views

Litter, 15th March
Please can something be done about the verges of the A137. The amount of litter is a disgrace. I was embarrassed when driving visitors from Surrey around. Thank you.
