Water leak, 1st April
For most of the time water is rising up from the high point of the road and running down and pooling at the low point of the road at the blind bend. Yesterday, the water covered the whole width of the road. This issue has been ongoing for a year or more. It is particularly bad at the moment, but was also problematic last year, even during hot and dry periods. Sorry, no pictures, as not really safe to stop and take them on a narrow blind bend.

People using the road as a race track, 3rd December
There is a problem that has been going on for a long time and that is drivers in loud modified loud exhaust cars driving up and down the road at high speeds this is dangerous. And could potentially have the danger of hitting a person crossing the road. I even saw a car today almost crash into a incoming police car and it has to quickly move out of the way I believe speed bumps or speed cameras would fix this anti social issue.

At this location the both buff coloured anti-skid / high friction surface dressing layer, that have been applied to the top of the carriageway's wearing course layer, have now been almost completely worn away.
I would, therefore, be most grateful if you could please add this site to your no doubt extensive programme of other sites, that also now require remedial attention for carriageway skidding resistance improvement.
