Blocked drains and potholes, 29th March
The usual pot holes are back, deep enough to wreck car wheels dismount cyclist or kill motorcyclists. Constant water running over the road from blocked drains and ditches only makes things worse. Rather than chucking some tarmac in to temporality fix things why not, clear the drain and/or ditches (sorts the cause) then fix the road properly and permanently

Lane narrowing, drains blocked, damage to private property., 1st March
A1141 Lane leaving Monks Eleigh narrows due to encroachment of earth onto edge of tarmac surface. Width has been reduced by eleven inches compared to the opposing lane. This causes drivers to crowd oncoming traffic plus creates a noise nuisance for residents when driving on the road studs. Three drains in this area are blocked solid which added to the situation recently as there were huge puddles reaching to the centre line. Water splash from vehicles make pedestrian use a hazard and also stands to damage our six foot retaining wall.

Dangerous potholes, 25th April
Large pot hole on bend and it’s a very narrow road so very dangerous in fact along this road which also floods and is still partially flooded are many pot holes obscured by the water. Making cars come onto the other side

Roadside Drains blocked causing flooding, 7th March
Drains blocked causing flooding along some 200 ft of roadway.. Walking along pavement is impossible without getting soaked by passing traffic. We have just endured a burst water main and single lane traffic but unrelated flooding problem is still at this location. Mud and straw has now washed onto road with traffic splashing this over everything.

A second light in the Street hasn't worked since the strong winds on November 17th., 15th December
Directly opposite my house (Lane's End) on the corner of Mill Lane. I have rang the council but nothing has been done. The pavement out side my house is narrow, and cars come very quickly through the village, and it is very dangerous.
