Large potholes necessitating dangerous car slalom to avoid, 23rd March
There are three large potholes on one side of the road by White House Farm between Rattlesden and Felsham, and one very large and deep pothole on the other, which means a dangerous slalom to avoid them, placing cars in the way of oncoming traffic. The very large and deep pothole has been the cause of several trashed tyres. These have been reported for at least two months, and have been left, despite being especially dangerous.

Hedge needs cutting back, 7th July
When travelling to the end of Louse Lane in a westerly direction, when you are turning right towards Rattlesden at the X roads with the airfield entrance in front of you you are unable to see traffic approaching from Brettenham direction. This is particuarly dangerous when pulling out with an HGV of tractor. There are many HGV's and tractors use this junction as it services the buffer depot on the airfield and farms locally. This has gradually been getting worse over the years, the bottom bit is trimmed a bit but it is the larger vehicles that are having problems with vision pulling out. These are the vehicles that are longer/slower in pulling out.

12 inch pothole 100 metre from top gedding Hill on left hand side going towards Wentis FArm, 17th January
I drove into this pothole on the evening of Wednesday the 15th January. at approx. 18.00 hrs The pothole was so deep that it instantly deflated the front nearside tyre and irreparably damaged wall of the tyre. I subsequently discovered that the shock of the impact had also bucked the tyre rim/wheel itself. Cost of repairs will be in excess of £500.
