Road Cones, 11th August
On the B1108 short of Bodney camp is an excess of Road Cones each side of the road on the grass verge. They have been here some time and do not appear to be doing anything usefull. Suggest Norfolk County Council clear them up.

Serious fly tipping, 14th February
Slip road between B1108 and A1065 at 'elbow' on road is a lot of rubbish. This is a regular fly tip spot it needs 'blue' signs as most laybys in the area. and it could do with monthly clearing.

Rattling manhole cover, 24th June
The manhole cover is rattling/banging loudly, every time a vehicle drives over it, creating an environmental health issue for nearby residents. The whole frame is jumping not just the lids inside the frame. This is an Anglian Water cover but is in fact for the culvert underneath and so a highways issue. A few months ago Anglian Water attended to replace the cover but they discovered this and it was then passed to highways to resolve.

This can only be witnessed after heavy precipitation then a dry spell. The problem has existed for at least a year, maybe longer. The drainage running between number 12 and number 14 (The Forge) along the frontage of the field lot has a complete blockage. The waste water is coming from the fields down the road to Foulden and entering drainage on Westgate Street, Hilborough (near Stud), once it gets to number 12 it rises out onto the road travels along kerb and then reaches the drain at number 14 and back down drainage towards pumps at A1065 corner. There is also leakage on opposite side of road. There is a bit of runoff from the field lot but the problem is flooding that is visible after rain.., 20th March
The flooding can only be witnessed after heavy rain - as set out above it is due to blocked drains so the run-off from the fields runs down the road. This has been a problem for at least a year.

At the entrance to Hilborough Nth bound on the A 1065 the is a 40mph speed sign that has been seriously bent for some time. We ask that Norfolk County Council get on to fix it.
