Wonky Cycle Route 30 sign and inaccesable cycle path, 2nd September
The Cycle Royte 30 sign is wonky and not clear where the cycle pathc goes.
The Route 30 cycle path is closed off by a large gate and only accessable by a makeshift path around the gatepost. Route 30 is not accessable for all. This part of route 30 looks like private land and not part of the national cycling network.

Additional road sign required on A143, 4th August
Due to use of sat-nav and drivers of trucks not familiar with our roads, many large trucks turn left at Needham Roundabout when travelling from Diss or the A140 on their way to our town Harleston’s Industrial Estate - rather than carrying on for half a mile to the correct exit off the A143 straight on to it. This premature left turn takes them directly into a chicane caused by a narrowing of the road and a line of parked cars as they enter our town. They then have to turn right on to Shotford Road in the domestic housing area, then a left up Spirkets Lane until they reach the exit from the A143 on to the Industrial Estate. This, I believe, could be reduced by additional signs before and on the Needham roundabout indicated on the map. Having spoken to our County Councillor Martin Wilby, I appreciate that many truck drivers ignore signs - much to the detriment of ancient buildings and trees with which they collide. But some might just follow the signs set specifically at them, ie: Industrial Estate straight ahead (indicated by that title and straight arrow.) both before the roundabout and at the appropriate exit. I appreciate that councils and departments operate according to fatalities and complaints, and there are few if any of the former reported and probably not many of the latter. But, after considerable observation over 30 years in our house I have noticed a spectacular increase in huge vehicles going through a domestic area when an exit straight on to the Industrial area already exists. The route through a tight entry into a housing area is totally unnecessary. I look forward to receiving your attention.

Chamber pots with weeds placed on road adjacent some steps, 17th August
In the last month or two we have seen a ghastly chamber pot or two filled will some weed like plants and just placed on highways land beside a step. Firstly this isn't allowed as its on public land we understand and the adopted highway runs up to the base of the wall of 2 love lane underneath the step. secondly they are a potential safety hazard to all road users cyclists, pedestrians those in cars\vans e.t.c and finally we don't think the owner of these items has appreciated the use of the highway. The items are a potential hazard to any visiting street cleaning machines (obstructed by a hoard of parked vehicles atm) which might catch the brushes on these items dragging them out and damage the vehicle equipment.

Illegal Waste Water draining into the edge of Love Lane, 17th August
On the corner of Love Lane, where the edge of the road has deteriorated and not been repaired over a long period of time we have noticed there is a little pipe that is illegally draining bath water or soapy water into the edge and has caused a pit to form (localised settlement), you can tell its not rainwater as it is been draining soapy water all summer and as since covid struck we been able to walk our dogs up this lane regularly so we are quite familiar with the area. As far as I am aware you are not allowed and have never been allowed to drain waste water this way. The subject property 2 Love Lane has a mains sewage connection we assume so no reason for this pipe to be doing this as its damaging the road.
